Shipping and Delivery

At Warmly Drop, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Most items are shipped directly from our trusted global partners in locations such as Taiwan, Turkey, Thailand, and Russia. Here’s what you can expect:

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, with some orders requiring up to 4 weeks, depending on your location.
  • Please allow one business day for your tracking number to become active after your order begins processing.

Order Processing
Once your order has entered the processing stage, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If needed, please refer to the Return/Exchange instructions provided with your shipment or contact our Guest Services team for assistance.

Exceptions and Restrictions

  • Rural/Remote Deliveries: Delivery to rural areas or APO/FPO/Guam/Puerto Rico/PO Box addresses may take longer than standard timeframes.
  • Separate Shipments: Items ordered together may ship separately due to product availability or location logistics.
  • Holiday Schedule: Delivery is not available on holidays.
  • Tracking Information: Warmly Drop provides tracking up to the initial point of delivery. For additional tracking beyond this point, please contact your local USPS, PO Box location, or Military mail station.

Duties and Taxes

  • Duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees are not included in our product prices.
  • If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient. Your local Customs office or carrier may contact you for payment before delivery.

Customs Regulations

  • As the importer of record, you are responsible for ensuring the goods comply with the import laws and regulations of your destination country.
  • All customers must confirm that the products can be lawfully imported to their respective countries.
